Depending on traffic conditions or your individual preferences on site, the actual duration may vary slightly.
Cancellation Policy
Zahlung & Stornierungsbedingungen: Die Buchung wird sofort bestätigt und der Betrag ist im Voraus zu entrichten. Eine kostenfreie Stornierung oder Umbuchung ist bis zu 72 Stunden vor dem gebuchten Termin möglich. Bei kurzfristigeren Absagen (weniger als 72 Stunden) oder bei Nicht-Erscheinen am vereinbarten Abholort (No-Show) behalten wir 50 % des Gesamtbetrags, mindestens jedoch CHF 100, als Ausfall- und Vorbereitungsgebühr ein. Anfahrt & Einsatzgebiet: Der angegebene Tarif beinhaltet die Anfahrt innerhalb der Stadtgrenze Zürich sowie direkt zum Flughafen Zürich. Für gewünschte Abholungen ausserhalb dieses Gebiets berechnen wir eine Anfahrtspauschale von CHF 2.50 pro Kilometer (ab Stadtgrenze). Diese Zusatzkosten werden nach Prüfung der Abholadresse separat in Rechnung gestellt oder vor Ort verrechnet. Exklusiv-Option „Female Chauffeur“: Unser Service „Female Chauffeur“ wurde speziell für das maximale Wohlbefinden und Sicherheitsgefühl unserer weiblichen Kundschaft ins Leben gerufen. Dieses Angebot ist als reines „Von Frauen für Frauen“-Konzept konzipiert. Wird dieser Service dennoch absichtlich von einem männlichen Fahrgast gebucht, behalten wir uns vor, die Fahrt zu stornieren. In diesem Fall greift unsere reguläre Stornierungsrichtlinie (Einbehalt von 50 % des Gesamtbetrags, mindestens jedoch CHF 100).
